About the Villa 

Located far from the city noise, this extraordinary villa has been created with incredible work, attention, care and respect for history and will make you relax and enjoy the unique program we have prepared. ​


Each guest (single or couple) will be accommodated in an individual room with a private bathroom. The rooms combine tradition with modern comfort and each room hides a variety of different elements dating back to the chosen construction of the villa. ​


The villa also has a separate gathering place where we will organize our Friday dinner and snacks, and in our large yard you will find sun loungers and a jacuzzi where you can relax during your free time.

Themed Dinner "Rose"

Our adventure will begin with a special themed dinner prepared by Chef Mousien from Ahora Restaurant.


Dishes inspired by roses will not only transport you to the world of their delicacy, but also give you the opportunity to get to know the rose as a culinary ingredient.


Paired with a wine tasting from a local winery, these impressive flavors will take you on a culinary journey through the local terroir.

The path of sparkling wine

On Saturday, after a hearty breakfast and time to relax, we will visit the first-of-its-kind sparkling wine tasting room of one of the most famous native wineries, which houses the entire process of turning the grapes into a sparkling drink and has been specially designed and built in accordance with the requirements and traditions in the production of sparkling wines.


We will taste the sparkling and still wines of the cellar in combination with a light lunch.

Visit to an essential oil distillery

After a short afternoon rest at the villa, we will head to the "tile village" which is home to an essential oil distillery and the owners will personally take us through the details of the rose oil production process and where we will learn interesting facts about growing roses, the rosebush, the distillation process itself and why Bulgarian rose oil is so valuable.

After the distillery, we'll head with a glass of wine to the rose fields where we'll enjoy a stunning sunset and have time to relax and take photos amidst a lovely scented rose landscape. 

Dinner under the stars

Finishing our Saturday adventure, we will enjoy a special dinner under the stars in the distillery's magical courtyard.


We will taste fine dishes, carefully prepared with fresh ingredients, supplied directly from local producers.


The wine for the evening is also from local vineyards and will challenge us to try to read the specifics of the terroir, highlighted by the nearby rosé massifs.


Pasta workshop 

The final highlight of our unforgettable journey is a unique workshop on making pasta with edible flowers.


At the community center in Chirpan, we will have the honor of being welcomed by Rosi Ivanova, a finalist in the third season of "MasterChef", who will guide us through this exciting process of creating pasta, in which we will weave the beauty and aroma of edible flowers.


Encouraged by her professional tips and techniques, we will have fun and create unique dishes with our own creative touch.
